Terms & Conditions Global Web Com Ltd Terms and Conditions

1. Global Web Com Ltd offers a number of web related products which are either sold directly to the client for his perpetual use, or leased or rented to the client for a specific period.

2. Global Web Com Ltd provides a full after sales service for products which have been developed by Global Web Com Ltd and guarantees the proper functionality of all such products. In the case of web hosting products, or any other product(s) which use servers in order to function and which are not owned or operated directly by Global Web Com Ltd , Global Web Com Ltd shall not be held responsible for any damages which may occur as a direct or indirect result of such use. The Web Hosting Company which hosts the client’s websites on their servers including email accounts shall be deemed responsible and all claims should they arise will be directed to the company on who’s servers the clients web based products been hosted or being processed.

3. Global Web Com offers a money back guarantee if any of its products does not meet or fulfil the standards necessary to ensure the full use of the product. In the case of web hosting packages we will refund the full cost of the web hosting if a refund is requested within 30 days of purchase. Domain Names cannot be taken back and the money spent to purchase a Domain Name or Domain Names is not refundable.

4. For web design products, all parties agree that the development plan which outlines in all details the website project of the client, once signed by Global Web Com Ltd or its Representative(s) and by the clients or their Representative(s) shall be deemed by mutual consent to be the ultimate plan both parties have agreed upon, and that the design and development of the clients website will be based on that plan. Any alterations to that plan which are made on request of the client will be subject to a further charge reflecting appropriately the cost of such alterations.

5. If the product(s) does not function properly within the framework of indented use and functionality and/or in accordance with the guidelines of Global Web Com Ltd and the malfunction of the product(s) or disruption of service of any of its products is due to the wrong use in part or in full by the user, such product(s) or service(s) shall remain outside any guarantees and warranties offered by Global Web Com Ltd for such product(s)

6. Payment All products or services provided or sold will remain the sole property of Global Web Com Ltd until such services or products have been paid in full. Payment for on line advertising and web hosting services is due when an order for such product(s) or service(s) is placed. Web design, web development and custom development including php coding requires 50% payment before work starts, 25% payment is due at a mutual agreed point during the project and rest payment of 25% is payable on hand over/completion of the work/project.

7. Applicable Law This Agreement (including any of our policies referred to herein) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and you hereby waive any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such courts.

8. Global Web Com Ltd reserves the right to cancel or withdraw form any advertising or web development contract with its clients without prior notice. All contracts must be in writing and signed by a Representative of Global Web Com and the client. If no advertising was published at the point of cancellation a full refund will be given. If the advertising was cancelled during the duration of the advertising the refund will be calculated proportionally. Global Web Com Ltd is not obliged to pay any other form of compensation. All products or services remain under the full control and ownership of Global Web Com Ltd until full payment for any such products or services has been received by Global Web Com Ltd.

9. Global Web Com Ltd sells its products in countries outside the UK through self employed agents and does not maintain offices outside the UK. Global Web Com Ltd does maintain a postal address in each country it supplies services or products through its self employed Representatives, to ensure that customers have a source of contact within their own country. All products and on line services such as websites, on line adverts etc. are made in and provided from the UK. All Invoices are raised in the UK and sent to the client in their respective country. Global Web Com Ltd is not registered for VAT in the UK and cant charge VAT on products or services supplied to its clients.
